I went to write this post on paper and my initial title was “3 things a great story does…” but I got distracted…

Community and Family Services is based in Portland, Indiana. They serve 6 counties in our part of Indiana. I had a conversation with them a while back about how they were in need of a new website. Their current site was in need of an update and really not representative of who they are as a fluid and growing company.

I have two purposes with this blog post.
