WHAT CAN YOU DO BETTER?

The third and final tip, Ask your customers what you can do better.  Client feedback is a valuable tool when considering what needs to be changed, what you are doing well, and what you could do better.

No one likes filling out “regular questionnaires,” but you can put informal multiple choice things online for people to click, as well as a comments box at the end. You can even include an incentive for being a part of your company.  Consider drawing a winner for those who participated, liked, or commented.
